Anita Roddick

We started in 1988 as an Information Systems Department of Magnum Corporation Berhad. We were the original team that spear-headed the nationwide implementation of the Magnum's gaming system.

In 1996, Multi-Purpose IT was formed from the entire IS team to be the Group IT arm of the Multi-Purpose Holdings Berhad Group. At Multi-Purpose IT, besides providing technical support to Magnum's gaming system, we ventured into new challenges such as Extranet Banking Applications, Stock Broking Applications and Internet-related applications.

On December 30, 2000, Magnum 4D Berhad bought 60% equity of MIT and is now the majority shareholder of the Company. Magnum 4D Berhad manages and operates the Magnum 4d Game for Magnum Corporation Berhad.

On July 19, 2001, Secure Tangent Sdn. Bhd started operation as a subsidiary of MIT to provide IT Security consulting services.
