Terms and Conditions(条规):-

1. The "Million Ringgit Draw" Promotion opens to all residing in Malaysia who are aged 21 years old and above.
   万能“百万抽奖”活动开放予所用21岁以上的马来西亚公民参加。
2. Magnum reserves the right to reject any application if we deem it necessary and that there are no guarantees that all submissions will be entertained.
   万能有权拒绝任何申请并且不保证所有申请将受理。
3. The entire promotion is free of charge. The registrant if fully responsible and Magnum reserves the right to hold the draw for the registrant.
   此项活动不需任何缴费。 注册人将负起所有责任而万能将负责为注册人举办此抽奖活动。
4. Registered participants are responsible to ensure their name, NRIC and mobile number are accurately entered via online registration.
   注册人在透过网上登记时， 必须确保被输入的姓名， 登记号码及手机号码是正确的。
5. Magnum reserves the right to disqualify any registered participants and deemed ineligible if their name recorded therein differs from that mentioned on their NRIC.
   万能保留权利取消任何注册人的参与资格若有关注册人提供的身份证号码有别于持有的身份证。
6. Registered participants hereby grant full permission to any and all the foregoing to use their name, photographs and information in any advertisement and other forms of publicity from time to time.
   注册人须同意让万能用其名字，照片或资料在任何时间使用在广告或其他形式的宣传活动。
7. Registered participants agree to waive and release any and all claims or rights for injuries or damages suffered by them against Magnum, event managers and their officers.
   注册人不得在此宴会活动引起的受伤或损失向万能索取任何赔赏。
8. If the total registrants are less than 100 persons, the RM1,000,000 payout will change to RM500,000.
   若注册人数低于100人， 一百万令吉的 奖金将会减至五十万令吉。
9. In the event that a registered participant cannot be contacted via the contact number provided through online registration from within 7 days from the designated draw date; or the registered participant is found to be ineligible; or the registered participants fail to present himself/herself for the prize presentation ceremony, the whole of the share of the prize money will be forfeited. Magnum has the right not to entertain the Registered Participants claim without assigning any reason.
   若被抽中的四个号数被开为中奖号码， 而万能却无法在7天内用其在网上所提供的联络号数联络上他； 或注册人无法出席所安排的颁奖仪式， 万能有权取消该注册人的奖金而注册人不得加以追究。
10. If the Selected 4D is drawn as a winner in the designated Draw. 90% of the prize money (ranging from the 1st Prize winnings of RM1,000,000 to the lowest Consolation Prize winnings of RM9,720) will be shared and distributed among all Registered Participants whilst the balance 10% of the prize money will be allocated to a designated Charity Organization as determined by the Magnum. All Registered Participants shall have read and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the agreement between Magnum and the Wedding Couple / event owner.
    若被抽中的四个号数被开为中奖号码，90%的奖金将平均分派给当晚所有的登记人（最高奖金为高达100万令吉的首奖， 最低奖金为高达9，720令吉的安慰奖）， 而剩余的10% 将让万能决定分配予所指定的慈善机构。
11. Magnum officer in charge will notify the registered event owner via provided phone number within 14 days from the date of online registration.
    万能负责人将在您上网注册的14天内用所提供的联络号码通知您有关申请详情。
12. Subject to approval of the restaurant.
    所有注册此活动的宴会需得有关餐馆同意才可获万能考虑批准。
