Terms and Conditions(必须符合条规):-

1. The “Multi Million Ringgit Draw” Promotion is open to all who are residing in Malaysia who are non-Muslims aged 21 years and above.
   万能“千万抽奖”活动开放予所用21岁以上的马来西亚公民参加。



2. In order to avoid disappointment, it is strongly recommended that the event date be at least thirty (30) days from your online registration date.
   为了让您的活动能够顺利地进行，我们建议您至少在该活动的前三十（30）天进行网上登记。好让我们为您安排《万能百万抽奖游戏》。
   
   
3. Wedding couple/ host is required to pre-purchase 100 pieces of 4D Jackpot Ticket worth RM2 each in order to participate to Magnum Multi Million Ringgit Draw Promotion.
   注册者必须先购买至少100张价值分别2令吉的万能积宝票根以参加万能“千万抽奖”活动。



4. Magnum officer in charge will notify the registered event owner via provided phone number within 14 days from the date of online registration.
   万能负责人将在您上网注册的14天内用所提供的联络号码通知您有关申请详情。



5. Magnum reserves the right to reject any application if it is deemed necessary. Magnum does not guarantee that all submissions will be entertained.
   万能有权拒绝任何申请并且不保证所有申请将受理。



6. The entire promotion is free of charge. The registrant is fully responsible and must give full authority to Magnum to carry out registration of the guests and to conduct the draw.
   此项活动不需任何缴费。 注册人将负起所有责任而万能将负责为注册人举办此抽奖活动。



7. Subject to approval of the restaurant or venue owner.
   所有注册此活动的宴会需得有关餐馆同意才可获万能考虑批准。



8. Registered participants are responsible to ensure that their names, I/C number, mobile number and email addresses are accurately entered via online registration.
   注册人在透过网上登记时， 必须确保被输入的姓名， 登记号码及手机号码是正确的。



9. Magnum reserves the right to disqualify any registered participants and or their guests if the names recorded therein differs from that shown on their I/C.
   万能保留权利取消任何注册人的参与资格若有关注册人提供的身份证号码有别于持有的身份证。



10. Registered participants hereby grant full permission to any and all the foregoing to use their name, photographs, information in any advertisement and other forms of publicity.
    注册人须同意让万能用其名字，照片或资料在任何时间使用在广告或其他形式的宣传活动。



11. Registered participants agree to waive and release any and all claims or rights for injuries or damages suffered by them against Magnum, event managers and their officers.
    注册人不得在此宴会活动引起的受伤或损失向万能索取任何赔赏。



12. If the total registrants are less than 100 persons at the specific function, then the RM1,000,000 draw will be changed to RM500,000 for the 1st set of 4D number drawn. In such an event, Magnum will only purchase RM81 Big Forecast and RM85 Small Forecast.
    若注册人数低于100人， 一百万令吉的 奖金将会减至五十万令吉.那么， 万能只会下注RM81大 万及RM85小万于第一组被抽出的万字号码。



13. In the event that a registered participant and/or their guest(s) cannot be contacted via the contact number provided by them through their online registration within seven (7) days from the designated draw date; or the registered participant and/or their guest(s) is found to be ineligible; or the registered participant and/or their guest(s) fails to present himself/herself for the prize presentation ceremony, the whole share of the prize money will be forfeited. Magnum reserves the right not to entertain the registered participants claim without assigning any reason.
    若被抽中的四个号数被开为中奖号码，而万能却无法在7天内用其在网上所提供的联络号数联络上他； 或注册人无法出席所安排的颁奖仪式， 万能有权取消该注册人的奖金而注册人不得加以追究。



14. In the event that the pair (2nd & 3rd set of 4-digit numbers) of 4D numbers drawn for the 4D Jackpot game is won in the designated draw,
    
    • 90% of the prize money (Jackpot 1st prize and Jackpot 2nd prize) will be shared and distributed among all Registered Participants
    • 5% of the prize money will be allocated to a designated charitable organization as determined by Magnum.
    • Balance 5% of the prize money will be allocated to a designated charitable organization as determined by Wedding Couple/Host.
    However, if the pair of 4D numbers drawn for the 4D Jackpot game is won in Category prize 3, 4 & 5, then 100% of the prize money will be allocated to a designated charitable organization determined by Magnum.
    若被抽中的四个号数被开为中奖号码，
    • 90%的奖金将平均分派给当晚所有的登记人（最高奖金为高达100万令吉的首奖， 最低奖金为高达9，720令吉的安慰奖），
    • 而5% 将让万能决定分配予所指定的慈善机构
    • 剩余的5% 将让注册者决定分配予所指定的慈善机构
    若被抽出的万字积宝号码被开为三奖，四奖，五奖，此奖金将100%归于万能所指定的慈善机构。



15. All registered participants shall have read and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the agreement between Magnum and the Host.
    所有注册者必须赞同以上设定条规。
